Complete user guide for QAI-vo — academic research tools and CPA-grade financial analysis. Open Academic Suite or Financial Suite to follow along.

1. Overview

QAI-vo brings together two focused suites: research tools for academics and CPA-grade financial workflows for professionals. Every service is file-bound and produces a downloadable, reviewable result — not just a chat transcript.

  • Academic Suite — paper discovery, a research workspace, presentation generation, and file-bound statistical analysis.
  • Financial Suite — CPA-grade reconciliation, close, journal-entry risk, invoice/AP audit, receivables, and audit workflows.
  • Companion tools: History, Settings, and plan upgrades via Pricing.

2. Academic Suite

Open any service from /products/academic. Each page explains the files or inputs it needs before you run it.

ServiceWhat it does
Paper & DOI FinderFind scholarly sources by topic with DOI links and APA citations.
Research AssistantPersistent research project workspace with files and an ongoing conversation about your work.
Presentation GeneratorTurn outlines into polished slide decks — then chat to refine.
Statistical AnalysisFile-bound stats, charts, and descriptive briefings from your datasets.
AI DetectorStatistical AI-writing detection for research drafts — a clear score, not a guess.
Manuscript ReviewerAI peer-review panel for your manuscript — consistency, references, statistics, quality, novelty, and language.
HumanizerRewrite text with domain-tuned models while locking citations and numbers.

Word / run credits deduct on successful requests according to your plan. Check your remaining balance in the header or Settings.

3. Financial Suite

Open any workflow from /products/financial. Upload the requested statements or ledgers — each workflow lists its required and optional files on its own page.

WorkflowWhat it does
Financial Statement AnalystRatios, DuPont, common-size, and red-flag anomalies from the Financial Statement Analysis Agent.
Bank ReconciliationMatch bank to GL with CPA cascade passes and a four-column proof workpaper.
Month-End Close AssistantClose checklist derived from the trial balance — every moving account reconciled, waived, or open.
Journal Entry Risk AnalyzerFull-population JE anomaly scan with risk-ranked exceptions — attributes, not intent.
Invoice & AP AuditorThree-way match: PO, invoice, and receipt with tolerances, duplicates, and GRNI.
Receivables AnalystAR aging tie-out with recomputed buckets, GL control proof, credits, and cutoff.
Audit AssistantCPA audit workflows: sampling, revenue trace, expense policy, cutoff, bank-rec review, workpaper.

Financial Credits are a separate pool from Academic word credits, with one lifetime free trial per service — see the Financial Suite pricing.

4. Credits & plans

Academic usage is metered in word credits; Financial usage is metered in Finance Credits — separate pools, each on their own plan (see Pricing). Each plan also caps request size where applicable.

  • Monthly / yearly pools reset with your billing cycle; credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • If a run fails before completion, check the on-screen error; failed requests are typically not meant to silently drain your full intended deduction — retry after fixing the issue.
  • Reaching a plan's usage cap prompts an upgrade before further runs on that suite.

5. Payments

From Pricing, choose a paid plan and open checkout. Available methods (shown only after you select one):

  • Credit Card — via Dodo Payments hosted checkout.
  • PayPal — pay via the plan link, then submit a transaction reference / receipt for admin approval.
  • Sham Cash — transfer using the on-screen details, upload a receipt, await approval.
  • Contact us — WhatsApp cash / assisted purchase when a number is configured in site settings.

Manual methods activate after admin review (often 1–2 business days). Questions: Contact.

6. Best practices

  • Upload the exact file types each service asks for — most Financial workflows validate columns before running and will tell you what's missing.
  • Keep source documents (statements, ledgers, datasets) close to how your institution or firm formats them for the most reliable results.
  • Always verify generated figures, citations, and workpapers against your own records before relying on them.
  • Follow your institution's or firm's own disclosure and review policies — QAI-vo is a productivity aid, not a policy waiver.
