Data Privacy

Text and documents you submit for humanizing, detection, or related studio tools are processed on the fly to fulfill your request. We do not permanently store your submitted content as training corpora, and we never use your submissions to train public or private AI models.

Transient processing may occur in memory or short-lived server-side buffers solely to complete the pipeline (rewrite, risk analysis, or format conversion). After the response is returned, that content is not retained as a durable document archive.

Data Collection

To operate accounts, billing, and usage limits we collect and store limited operational data, including:

• Account credentials — email (and optional display name) used for session and plan association.
• Usage logs — word counts, action types (e.g. humanize / detect), timestamps, and credit deductions for quota and analytics.
• Payment transaction IDs — references from card checkout or manual methods (PayPal / Sham Cash) needed to verify and activate subscriptions.

Third-Party Processors

We rely on trusted processors to deliver the product. Content necessary for a request may be transmitted securely to:

• Dodo Payments — card checkout and payment confirmation.
• AI processing partners — contracted infrastructure used to fulfill rewrite, analysis, and generation requests.

Each provider processes data under their own security and privacy terms. We configure integrations for request fulfillment only—not for model training on your behalf.

Data Retention

We retain account information (such as your email and plan status) and operational records (such as usage logs and payment transaction IDs) for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. As described above, the text and files you submit for processing are not retained as a durable archive beyond what is needed to complete your request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

International Users

QAI-vo may process and store data in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing, consistent with applicable law.
